The proceedings of the evening will be as follows

Arrangements will be made to enable Diners to pre-¬order their table’s wine and other drinks in advance of the Dinner. This is arranged directly with the Hotel. A cash bar will be available for Guests at the end of the formalities and will be open until 1.30am. Carriages at 2.00am.

Dining arrangements
  • Tables will be circular and will seat 10.
  • Tables of 12 persons are available on request but are limited.
  • Parties of 9 or less may be expected to share their tables with other guests.
  • Places can be reserved without names of guests, but to ensure inclusion in the Guest List these details must be received by 1 November 2017 on the form.

Terms & Conditions of Booking
Due to the over-subscription of previous Dinners, bookings will be based on a ‘first come - first served’ basis. In the event of cancellation, refund of monies will only be made if written confirmation is received by the Society before 1 September 2017 and will be subject to a 20% deduction for administrative purposes. In the event of over-subscription, a waiting list will be compiled and places will be offered if they become available. Tickets will not be sent out until we have received payment or a valid purchase order.
